Terms of Service
Before You Commission Please Review the Following:
- Must be 18+ to commission. If you are caught lying about your age, you will forfeit any payments and the project will not be completed.
- Payments are upfront, via Ko-Fi after the final sketch is approved. I will let you know when you may send payment. It is expected that you send a Ko-Fi with your username (from the social media used to reach out to me) when requesting so I may keep track. I am not offering payment plans at this time. Details regarding the commission including expected payment will be sent through email when consultations are complete. All stream based commissions will also follow this standard. Do not fill out a form or request a commission if you are in a financially difficult place as all work will be non-refundable.
- Discussion involving commissions will predominately be done through email to start. Discussions of the commission request can take place on the platform that is easiest for you but will ultimately finish through email when sending references and final commission expectations.
- Turnaround time is anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. An estimated start date (ESD) will be given through email. I will reach out if the piece will not be completed around that time frame.
- Commissions are for personal use only. I am not offering merchandising or royalty driven artwork.
- I hold the right to display, advertise and post all art created by myself. This does not mean that I won't honor requests to not post certain pieces if it is a surprise or a private project.
- You may requests to change details up to the Line Art phase. Once Colors are laid, only changes related to color changes will be accepted. If you fail to provide necessary references or correct final commission expectations I am not held responsible for unsatisfactory results.
- If you have read through the entire TOS, say hello to my cat Jack within the request form below or in any initial request for a commission on any social media platform. If not provided, I will request the TOS confirmation before moving onto discussion of the commission wanted.
